Thanks for everyone’s support regarding Skye. Here she is celebrating her arrival in Dallas last night. Sorry for the photography, but I thought y’all would like a quick update.
Skye is a snuggly and happy gal. She was a real trooper both at the vet and in the long car ride.
Welcome Sara to officially fostering. Sara has been sharing foster duty with 3 recent huskies, and now she has her own! What a great dog to start with. We’ll get this gal some obedience and she will fly out of here (literally and figuratively). Did we mention she was heartworm negative!
FYI, The Klein Animal Shelter has the best customer service by far! What a great shelter to send your donations to, and to watch to help save their dogs. It’s quite a hike from Dallas, but we’re a big fan already. Here’s the link to the shelter. http://www.kleinshelter.org/
